Approval is the beginning.
Effective policies need people, records, training and regular review. The Foundation’s governing body should agree a phased implementation plan alongside adoption.
- Check consistency with the founding document and current legal requirements.
- Name accountable leads and non-conflicted escalation routes.
- Approve delegations, templates, registers and reporting dates.
- Train representatives and review implementation.
