Established in 2022, Nkwenkwezi Foundation brings together community insight, purposeful leadership and partnerships that turn care into practical action.

Our work connects women’s empowerment, youth development, child protection, sustainable livelihoods, girls’ advancement and cultural heritage. These are connected parts of community life—and they deserve a connected response.

We have a national vision for South Africa. Programmes are activated through local relationships, community needs and the resources available for responsible delivery.

Sthembile founded Nkwenkwezi Foundation with a focus on people-centred development, women’s leadership, youth opportunity and cultural preservation.

The Foundation’s Women’s Lounge Conference has taken place successfully for three consecutive years, creating an annual platform for leadership, connection and empowerment.
